Question inspired by recently viewing the all-midget existentialist-absurdist classic movie by Werner Herzog, Even Dwarves Started Small. There was also an all-midget western, Terror Of Tiny Town.

there was an aussie band called the midget stooges, which might be my favorite australian band name this side of purple vulture shit. they weren't midgets, though.

my sister saw a christian rock band fronted by a midget at her middle school. Supposedly the guy talked about how Tupac was really talented but let drugs and crime get in the way. Then did a power ballad about a girl who ran away. I'll try to get her to post more details.

Funny you bring this up. Some years back I had a dream in which I was standing in a record store, holding in my hand a double lp. A sticker on the cover stated that it was the cast of 'Even Dwarfs Started Small' interpreting 'Exile on main Street' in its entirety.

Like all of my ever-frustrating dreams, I never got to hear the thing. Dammit! I WANT that album!
