Jacques Brel pour le debutant

I've heard the Master Series disc and loved it, but it seems a bit thin and doesn't have "L'eclusier" which is one of my top 5 all time fave songs at the moment. So where's a good place to go? Should I be looking for other collections or pay a little more to get the album reissues on import?

Oh, and any recommendations for Francoise Hardy would be appreciated too.:)

Not a big Brel fan myself but the first 4 records are pretty good. Especially the one with Ne Me Quitte Pas. There's supposedly a few excellent live records as well.

One of the best (live) albums ever is Jacques Brel at Olympia. Not got it to hand but it's on the Phillips label - 1964? 1967? Maybe you already have it?
