Describe a popmusic world in which Robert Johnson, Dock Boggs, Chuck Berry, DJ Kool Herc, and Lee Perry had all received formal musical training - and, Karlheinz Stockhausen and Miles Davis DIDN'T, John Lennon and David Bowie never went to art school, and Chuck D never attended university.
