My fandom of Primus is reinstated wholeheartedly. The DVD is so chock full of mutant goodness it's beyond ridiculous. And then there's the new songs, which are nothing short of monstrous. "Pilcher's Squad" is about as rowdy as any music has ever gotten, and "My Friend Fats" has one of the sickest grooves ever laid to disc.

Plus, I never quite realized just A) how many videos they made, B) how great their videos were, and C) that OH MY GOD these crazy mutant space alien fuckers actually somehow got these insane ditties on MTV.

So yeah, this DVD/EP package = totally the shiznit, I am slightly in awe.

The whole "Primus sucks!" thing put me off them for good.

Primus rules....
Sailing the Seas of Cheese is insanely classic. Although, i haven't heard any of their albums since Pork Soda. Suggestions, nickalicious? (i definitely gotta check out the DVD).

Revive! I just found this used, and grabbed it, not only because it's kinda like a greatest hits, but also because it has the best title of all goddamn time. (though nick, my copy has "people" instead of "humans")

So does mine and all the others D'OH!

I love the really ancient concert footage on it.
