anyone know how to convert an OGG file to an MPEG? Downloaded some shit that came up as OGG files and cannot burn them to CD.

You can use Winamp to do this. (these instructions are for version 2.x) Put all the OGG files you want to convert into the playlist, make sure it's not on repeat or shuffle, right-click on the main window and select Options->Preferences..., click the 'Output' section under 'Plug-ins', and select 'Nullsoft Disk Writer' from the list of output plugins. Pressing the configure button on that screen will allow you to select where you want the WAV files output to. Then you just close down the preferences box and press Play. (remember to go and change that setting back when you're finished)

Andrew - thanks man - but that's the problem - I CAN'T add the files to the regular playlist, there's no option to do so when I right click. I have Windows Media Player.

do a google search for 'ogg' files and you should find links to some free players. i did this,as in my search for circle/verde/ektroverde/pharoah overlord files ,i came across some of these type of files. just can't remember what program i used.
