Yesterday I brought Dr. Dre's The Chronic to listen to on the bus to work and I had an epiphany. I hadn't heard to this old favorite in a while, maybe a year. I heard these lyrics coming through my headphones:

I used to listen to records while I worked dorm security in college. For some reason, whenever there was a hip-hop skit involving sex noises, someone would walk in and look at me all funny. I hated that.

I'm sure someone who knows little of the hidden cameras bio would be pretty surprised about the subject matter of their songs..

also if youre casually listening to 'clouds taste metallic' by the flaming lips, 'probing the fetus with needles' might freak you out too.

Yeah, it seems like it would have been more effective put-down if he'd said something about knocking all his teeth out first or something.
