Good shows in Richmond, VA?

So found out I might be relocated to Richmond, VA sometime --
Anyone know what the best source is (website, newspaper, etc.) for finding out about good shows in Richmond, VA? Especially smaller shows (not in clubs) that might have more interesting music? Nothing seems to be going on down there!

Just something other than a boring indie rock band in a regular rock club - maybe something smaller/more experimental/interesting?
