The beauty of Angizia.

I've acquired the fourth Angizia album (I've owned and loved the first three), and must mention how spectacluar it is, perhaps the finest fusion of zlezmer, cabaret, musical theatre, polka, and metal ever devised. I've been listening to mainly art rock and glam lately, but this has really sucked me out and put the zap on me. It doesn't let go. They only thing like this I've been listening to lately is Slapp Happy, and the only similarity is the theatricality and sheer fun. Definitely recommended. Sorta like Lacrimosa if they had a sense of humor and wrote interesting music.

That should be klezmer btw.

Do they still have those hoarse screamed vocals (Ionly have the first two) or is it all clean vocals now?

All clean vocals with an occasional scream, but the clean male voices are really expressive and diverse now. The music itself is more "professional" and well developed now, with a full sound. If you like the first two albums then you should love this one. It's a bit more advanced.
