Best use of surround effects

Which acts/albums have the best use of surround effects?

It seems electronica dominates, from my impression, and at least Orb, Orbital and Underworld are masters of this. Same with a lot of more underground oriented trance stuff from the 90s.

Lately, the last Air album had some wonderful surround and Kraftwerk's comeback album also utilizes surround in a great way.

How about others? For instance, what are the best surround effects outside the dance genre?

Dreams Less Sweet by Psychic TV, recorded using the Zuccharelli Holophonic System--3-d sound(listen w/headphones for optimum effect)

What? Something that is not about Melodi with a capital M, and Geir applauds it? I must surely be dreaming.

Radiohead's "Subterranean Homesick Alien" has some great really patient guitar back-n-forth swooshies going on in it.
