Athlete - don't know the title - plagiarism

Something about it being 'warm in herre' -- it's ripped off entirely from a cheerleading chant in the classic film 'Bring it On'. For serious. And it's stolen from another school in the film.

Athlete are annoying MOR radio band, they also sound like a Steely Dan rip off.

the lyric is actually 'oh, it's getting hot in here, must be something in the atmosphere'. the song isn't so hot but the Shynola video is joint GREATEST THING EVER (along with most other Shynola videos)

song = 'you got the style'

athlete = chirpy, apologetic, 'upbeat!' indie = acme of annoying, but all of their singles so far have had intense head-wrecking catchiness, some credit for this is due. marcello likes them i think.

'E Never! I thought they were tewwible (k-britpop pronunciation), but the rip-off is plain as day. I might have to CALL Kirsten Dunst and TELL HER (need excuse anyway).

i suggested to Swygart that Athlete were so bland as to be not deserving of hate or any emotional response at all, but he was having none of it

one year passes...
Oh, I thought this was a rip from the Lene Lovitch "Lucky number" song...

"I do detect an alien vibration here
There's something in the air besides the atmosphere"

Cheers.

"Wires" is nevertheless the greatest single of 2005 so far. AOR, no that is Nickelback.
