What do you make of Matador co-releasing Dizzee Rascal in the USA?

I think Matador is great (especially this year)and releases whatever it likes (and thinks will sell), but this strikes me as odd.
Can anybody else figure this one out?

[By the way, this post is no comment on the quality of Boy In Da Corner. I'm just perplexed as to why Matador was chosen to co-release this with Matador.]

I don't get what the big deal is. They've already put out a frikkin' Large Professor album and some other rap stuff. They put out Pizzicato Five and Warp stuff. It's not like they've jumped straight from Chavez to this out of nowhere.

as someone mentioned on the other dizzee thread, matador and XL share a parent company. matador quite possibly has the biggest profile of all the beggars labels in the US for the market they're after.
