Prince & Miles - "Crucial" or is it?

i saw this record recently for about 20$. is it worth picking up? for musical values or for rarity?

as Miles is actually only on a couple of tracks, for curiousity value mebbe, or to see how some things on that album (i've seen a cpl different versions so mean the one I have) were later reworked by Prince.

Miles' estate and Paisley park were talking a cpl years back abt releasing all the stuff that was done but that projects seems to have gotten bogged down.

Some of that stuff was maybe gonna appear on The Last Word, the 4-CD Rhino box that anthologized Miles' Warner Bros. albums, but that box never came out, and the advance CD-Rs I have don't include those tracks.
