I'm really getting back into stuff that sounds like The Bug et al. Can we start a search/destroy of this style? Me first:

DJ Maxximus vs Something J - Mercedes Bentley and Armani Versace
Ultraviolence: Hardcore Motherfucker
Atari Teenage Riot: Fuck All!
Aborym: The Triumph
M Beat feat General Levy: Incredible
Bloodclaat Gangsta Youth: Kill Or Be Killed (Panacea Mix)
Elton Fastbrook: Switch Hardflip
Ward 21: Petrol
The Bug: Run The Place Red (AFX Mix)
Hellfish: Turntable Savage
Venetian Snare vs Speedranch: Unborn Baby

worst MC'ing, like, ever but whaddya gonna do?

jess (dubplatestyle), Tuesday, 14 September 2004 22:47 (twenty-one years ago)

Wait for the MCs to stop and the Mad Cobra/Cutty Ranks samples to begin!

That said, I barely remember being able to hear the MCing as the Bug part of the show is so loud.

I don't know where the mp3 I found came from, but it is mastered really really nicely (as opposed to crappy lo-fi Mayer BBC session.) Someone removed all the Peel speaking bits and crowd noise too. It could practically be released on CD as is.

(*Listening* Haha okay now I remember the MCing. Eh, it fits I guess.)
