hmm well Dan plays mostly dancey stuff but really good stuff, is kind of a crazy knowledgable guy about all kinds of music (he runs the nyhappenings list and is reissuing Metal Urbain stuff and is probably the world's foremost expert on Italo Disco). The times I've seen Mike dj he usually spins really really good obscure hiphop.

I'll probably play stuff that has nothing in common with what they're playing. Right now I'm leaning heavily towards heavy classic rock/psych with a touch of funk. Maybe.

yes! go! out of the house! couches and blunts will always be there, whereas you never know when the mysterious dj hstencil will strike. selzer and simonetti you can see pretty much any day of the week, but hstencil... don't get me started. i'll be there with dancing shoes after seeing the demolition doll rods at lit.
