I've been listening to this mix like crazy all week! Where are the rest of the Xiimixes?

I really want to upload a mix I did for y'all to hear but I don't know the first thing about how to get it on the interweb (FTP WTF?) I bought a domain and webspace from oneandone.co.uk but I can't figure out how to upload anything to it. Anyone got any pointers?
