The Darkness's "Friday Night" has some of my favourite lyrics this side of Johnny's Osbourne's "No Ice Cream Sound." Am I simply swayed by that Face cover shot?

no, it's one of the best songs released this year. however:

a) he must've gone to a v posh school to have had TWO of these activities EACH DAY (except friday)
b) 'love on the rocks with no ice' is a stupid title -- think about it.

good point -- it cd well be alternate weeks. hm at my school we did the same week in week out, but who knows what it's like in lowestoft.

Slightly unrelated: I'm LOVING whatever Darkness song has a video where they're on a spaceship/battling giant crabs/gtrs falling from overhead compartments, and so forth....but at the same time I know I wouldn't care if I'd never seen the video.
