"Stepping Out" is on mine, too. It's synth pop perfection.

But I won't share the whole list because it mostly reflects songs that I had trouble following up on mixes. The way iTunes does it, if you listen to the last second of a song, it counts as one play. If you listen to the first second, it doesn't.

I know; that bothers me, too. Also, there are a few albums that I only have in digital format and so the only place I listen to them is on iTunes, meaning they show up all over my Top 25. Omitting those, my Top 10 (since September) is:
