Do me one better: The name of my imaginary Christian Numetal band is...

Spittle

Named, of course, after the verse (first album title?) wherein J.C. spits in the dirt, creates a little mud pack with his spittle, and rubs it into the blind man's eyes, thus restoring his sight. The word Spittle on the cover would naturally be in the style of Mayhem or some such.

Top that!

I kept wondering what the christian equivalent of the BFG9000 (Big Fucking Gun) Superweapon would be? The BFJ2000ad (Big Fucking Jesus)? Does it make a sound like the trump of doom when it shoots?]

Lord Custos,

The game you're thinking about was called Super Noah's Ark 3D, which used the Wolfenstein 3D (the precusor of Doom) on the Super Nintendo. You actuallly fed animals instead of killing people.....here's a brief view (there's alot out there about this if you google)

http://www.encyclopedia-obscura.com/gamesnoah3d.html

The company was called Wisdom Tree and they did a bunch of fairly bizarre and crappy Christian themed games. I did a small article about the company in the classic gaming section of the March 2001 issue of Game Informer, my place of employment.

[ to Matt Helgeson: Yes, I've heard of the Noah's Arc game using the Wolfenstein Engine...but there is (was supposed to be) another using the Doom Engine.
Any details on that one?

"No flash photography or incense please!" coupled with an unfortunate lack of self control when it comes to thinking about the other Mary in J. Christ's life. "God, SH-SH-SHEMUSTUVBINHOTT!", their first single, denounced by Mel Gibson and treasured by his kids.
