great prog for apps, films and getting better for music, between this and Soulseek I don't use any other file sharing apps? anyone got any other file sharing suggestions?

If you have got 0.5Mbit or better the best choice is direct connect.
The best client is DC++ (dcplusplus.sourceforge.net).
Only downside is you often have to share at least 10-15Gb, plus it's a bit tricky to customise for a novice.

However it's very safe, often very fast & the quality of the content is always excellent.
