'Being a man of word, BANNER's commitment extends beyond the CD. With the release of MTA2: Baptized In Dirty Water, BANNER, a college graduate who is deeply committed to giving back to the community, has set up a "Crank It Up" contest which will give five lucky fans the opportunity to win a $10,000 scholarship. Five tokens will randomly be places in the first 300,000 copies of the CD and the recipients will each win a $10,000 scholarship that can be used toward any post-high school education including college, graduate school, community college, trade or vocational school.'

that's so much fucking better than the g-unit bling jewelry they were giving away for their album.

i mean really classic.

three months pass...
I'm listening to this for like the millionth time since I got it and I have to say - this is not only more ambitious than his first, but it's better as well. I like "My Lord," with its gorgeous background vocals, more than the comprable songs from the first album, "Mississippi" and "Cadillac on 22s", and bangers like "Crank it Up" and the "Like a Pimp (remix)" are as good as any of those on the first album aside from possibly "Fuck Em". The production on this album brings a lot more stylistically than the first one allowed - "Gots to Go" is like an update of classic UGK, and "So in Love" and "The Christmas Song" go in two completely different directions from the songs on Mississippi.

I still love Mississippi - "Bush" and "Fuck Em" are unbelievable to me - but I think I like this album more.
Also, stylus' review of this album was shit.
