My life has spun wildly out of control, obviously.

Whats funny is in the news intro/outro's between commercials they are playing bits of various REM songs...and mixing that with Television's "Marquee Moon" which totally has me confused.

I saw that on the other screen, but I was too engaged with watching Chris Matthews admirably pester Peggy Noonan for an answer to the question: "Do You think Iraq had anything to do with 9/11?" Which, like the vile, viscous morey eel that she is, completely dodged. WHERE IS MY HAMMER OF SMELTED REAGN DIMES THAT I CAN SMITE HER REPEATEDLY ABOUT HER SKULL?

Michael Stipe looks to have had a full charismectomy.

it's not so bad, guys. bono has been doing that shit on CNN on human rights and environmental issues for years.

if you really want to get the fear, check out fmr. governer jesse "the body" ventura's show on MSNBC. he's retained Sir Charles Barkley as his iraq occupation / foreign policy analyst!

I missed this, unfortunately. Evidently, before breaking for commercial, Matthews tells her, "You can't handle the truth."

(so is this Stipe thing a joke?)
