Get the Looney Tunes 4-disc DVD set. I think that's about $60 and worth every penny.

I must heartily second the ATHF DVD and I haven't even seen it yet.

Dan Perry (Dan Perry), Monday, 5 January 2004 22:25 (twenty-one years ago)

I can't find it anywhere! Apparently they didn't anticipate the demand and the first run sold out (though I've seen it at friend's places, so it does exist).

Btw Dan, my girlfriend has been listening to that Perfect Circle album non-stop since I got it for her the day it came out. It's grown on me a lot. We went to see the rock show that they did, and at the part Maynard would usually do a duet with the singer from the opening band, he said he was sick and could only hear out of one hear so no dice. That didn't stop him from hitting every single note of the night dead on though, fucking impressive.

Jordan (Jordan), Monday, 5 January 2004 22:28 (twenty-one years ago)

Yay for His Dark Materials series!!!! --- scary dark atheist Harry Potter for older kids, or CS Lewis if he wasn't such a christian propagandist.

Strangers With Candy season one or two on dvd. All the way.

Matthew Perpetua (Matthew Perpetua), Monday, 5 January 2004 23:06 (twenty-one years ago)

Maynard is a machine. I really, really, REALLY need to catch him live; every recording I've heard has been ridiculously on point.

Dan Perry (Dan Perry), Monday, 5 January 2004 23:06 (twenty-one years ago)

Mr. Show is the best choice if yr going the DVD route.

I do not understand the Cult of Maynard. Nor will I ever. He is in some Mr Show episodes though.

Ah look how I tied it all together.

christhamrin (christhamrin), Monday, 5 January 2004 23:53 (twenty-one years ago)
