yes, and yes. it's very solid. he's a good MC, like a more chilled (and thugged out) version of pharoahe monch. ok, his wordplay isn't quite that good, but great beats.

kind of getting tired of all the beats with plinky woodblock bits ("Can't Stop Won't Stop", "Grindin'" etc.) but the creepy high notes during the verses are great.
