In Chicago this morning, it's a brisk -23 F (mileage may of course vary) once the windchill is factored in. there's lots of snow on the ground from a storm we had the other day, to say nothing of all the ice around for one to negotiate on one's way to wherever.
It's fairly reasonable that movement can help keep one warm, but it's rather difficult to get moving on a day such as this one, when one's first instinct is to crawl back under the covers and pretend one doesn't know the sun's risen.
Assuming you're adequately outfitted for the weather (incl. shoes/boots that are warm and don't allow you to slip on the ice), and assuming also you've got the same bad habit i do of playing human metronome whilst listening to headphones and bouncing walking down the street in time, what would you suggest listening to in order to get the blood pumping and warm you up?
Songs expected; whole albums of course appreciated. Good segues between songs on someone's comp also adored.
As for me, Ms. Minogue's "Come Into My World" does wonders---sets up quite a good pace to get warm. When segued into New Order's "Vanishing Point, it's even better.
Your turn...
(hi, Jazzler. XD)

Try some industrial:
Ministry - 'Psalm 69'
Ministry - 'The Mind is a Terrible Thing to Taste'
Revolting Cocks - 'Linger Fickin' Good'
These are good fast marching albums if you need to keep warm/get somewhere in a hurry
