Chromatic Rock, Ghetto Metal and Hob: What are they?

Dear readers, I would like descriptions of "Chromatic Rock", "Ghetto Metal", and "Hob". Also, I would like to know a few artists/bands that specialize in each of these three styles of music.

(Sounds a lot like someone invented modern industrial music before it's time). But just like any other genre, the hard / loud music scene has it's own fair share of subgenres...
