Official Kanye West College Dropout - Classic or Dud?

Just downloaded the final 21 track version of Kanye West's The College Dropout - After one initial listen, I think it's a bit of a bloated, over-produced spectacle...On the other hand, Kanye has definite charm as an emcee, and these beats are ridiculous! esp. "Spaceships" Holler back.

I'm so burned out on the stuff from mixtapes that I'm probably going to wait til the release date to hear the final product so that there'll be something new to make it worth buying, but I can say that the cover is so classic it hurts:

wouldnt say classic, but the songs that are good are really good.

good tracks:
4. all falls down
6. spaceship
7. jesus walks
11. the new workout plan
15. school spirit
18. two words
19. through the wire

5 skits is ridiculous though.
