Last CD you bought, listened to once, forgot about it, put away, then heard long after completely out of context not knowing what it was and really loved it and went right home and listened to it

This happened to me with two CDs: "13" by Blur, which I heard the first time and thought was okay, but not wonderful. Then I heard it in a store months later, didn't know what it was but loved it, and realized (slaps forehead) I owned it. Since then I listen to it often. And also "Pure Phase" by Spiritualized. Hearing it without knowing what it was made me appreciate it more.

Um, Loveless, actually.

First time I heard it I thought it sounded like my grannies hoover. After hearing "I Only Said" at a party, I realised that was a good thing.

Can't think of a whole CD that fits the description, but I listened to the Some Girls record (that's the band name, not the Stones album) and was unimpressed, then about six months later I heard "Necesito" on a comp where the rest of it was so bad that I liked that song in comparison.

Listened to Some Girls again. Still unimpressed.

Loveless, actually.

The name of a new shoegazing rom-com?
