I remember seeing a program about him on the telly and he has a kind of Daniel O'Donnell Day type thing whereby thousands of mad old grannies get bussed up to his village and he serves them all tea and biscuits. This is surely a good thing (if you are a mad, Danielophile granny that is - it puts him way ahead of the competition you would think).
