Absolute fucking classic. No doubt. I think I'll pull out my old VHS copy of Edit/Overdose now... :)

I used to have this on vinyl but no more, I lost it. "E.S.T. (Trip to the Moon) was my favorite song on the album. I saw them when they came through Cleveland to a tiny club called the Lakefront and they were fun fun disturbing from what I recall (not much).

I think it's the weakest of their earlier work, actually. "She's a Killer" is amazing though,

It's the least representative Alien Sex Fiend song but "Haunted House" is still my favorite. Add Chip Nunez and D.J. Cesare and James Brown samples and a medley of the "Another Planet" album = instant Halloween dance classic!!

this is the only alien sex fiend thread i could find.

i found a tape of theirs in a house once. it played, but only just, it was very warped, so i couldnt hear. it was a bit like suicide?

Suicide + Cramps + Alice Cooper, I'd say.

They're ridiculous and trashy and great at their best. Theoretically goth but not really, they were never serious as such and that's why they were brilliant. Check the AMG and you'll find I've reviewed a slew of the albums. Try the first, Who's Been Sleeping In My Brain?, and if you like it, take it from there.

I'm not a big fan of the studio version of "Now I'm Feeling Zombiefied" but the live cut on Altered States of America is like my favorite thing ever right now.
