Can anyone recommend an artist/band that uses radio samples/interference/short wave as a regular part of their music?

Not as a regular part, per se, but Joseph Celli's "Organic Oboe" has duets with short-wave sources. I know that there are a number of other modern composers that use it, but I can't think of any specific ones quickly. Some of John Cage's "Imaginary Landscapes" definitely do -- I think it's #s 1 and 4 that incorporate radios.
