Songs which might inspire me to stop being so violent and lighting fire to houses

I'm currently quite a violent person and would like to know what sort of music might stop this. Just yesterday I stomped on a horse for no apparent reason and tonight I started a fight in a pub by hitting someone next to me with a spanner I brought with me from my tool shed. Can anyone stop these tendencies with some nice music?
