Computer Question - Booting up- A-drive issue

Right before my Dell computer is finished booting up completely, the floppy disk drive is activated and keeps running for an unusual 30 seconds, as though it was looking for a disk.

I always shut it down properly. No disks are left in the drive when shutting down or booting up. Not sure what else to do.

Dell computer suggests using Msconfig.exe for Windows ME. I do not know which tab or line to access to make a correction. Anyone?
