WTF, the guy was still teenager. And I don't even like Santana.

I hate santana and drum solos but yes this is the best thing ever.

Apparently, now he does new age music?

I used to hear a lot of electronic music by Michael Shrieve back in the 80's, but don't remember much about it, except that it sounded like a lot of other electronci music (especially the German stuff).

I probably have something of his around here on tape. . . somewhere.

Was he on acid at the time? Judging by the footage, it sure looks like it.

He is a bad man.

Jordan (Jordan), Monday, 16 February 2004 20:30 (twenty-two years ago)

It was the 60's man.

Yes Jazzbo, I believe the entire band was tripping at the time, like most everyone who drank the water backstage. Carlos himself has acknowledged this.

Funniest/most out-of-it performer has to be Canned Heat's bassist. Or maybe Joe Cocker, whom I've never cared for myself.

five years pass...

Even though the drum solo is amazing, for me the most great bit is a couple of minutes latter when the band wrap it all up. The bass player virtually falls over backwards with the awesomeness of it all.

(yes, I am on a Woodstock search through ILM to-day).
