Yeah, I managed to wangle a promo copy from my mate who works at The Wire... it's genuinely amazing stuff, as groundbreaking as Maxinquaye or something was when that came out... and they've pretty much arrived from out of nowhere, too...

i know!!! i mean, holy fuck, THE FLAMING LIPS playing all instruments. I like how nobody is supposed to know it is the flaming lips. i dig how they are just supporting these amazing wyrdfolk psyche band with stockhausen blips and drones with no ego stroking at all!
