If I was to start my own festival called "The Funky C-Man Weekend" would you pay good money to come and watch the line up?

I'm thinking Morrissey headlining on the Friday with NO alternative stages because who'd want an alternative to that? I'm thinking a reformed Pulp headlining on Saturday with Echobelly and Sleeper on alternative stages and Brett Anderson and Bernie Butler's two man show on the Sunday with alternative stages hosting The Bluetones and Saint Etienne.

Other acts set to play would be The Libertines, JJ72, Ian Brown, Tori Amos and Britney Spears with Nina from The Cardigans performing in my sleeping bag for the entire duration of the fest.

Weekid!

Man, this is like the best festival EVER! I'll even have Chris Martin sitting over a pit of crocodiles to raise money for charity for the whole weekend.

@d@ml (nordicskilla), Friday, 20 February 2004 07:00 (twenty-two years ago)

Good morning. My first post of the day.

What's this? The line-up looks fun. A chance to relive those crazy crazy mid to late nineties with my fav.bands of that time.

This will quite probably happen too. That lineup. Tickets wll be £5 each and will sell in such quantities as we will all have our own personal space and queues for the bar will be three minutes tops. And the organiser will lose a fortune but hey, we can't have everything...
