Check out the video for 'Get Your Freek On' by missy, there is a great Tabla sound and Amazing air Bongoing From Timbeland.
My choice would always have to be the little off key bongo sounds during the middle 8 of 'Burnin Down The House' from Stop Making Sence by Talking Heads.
