Last night, I was watching some cable TV news from Boston, Mass, and they aired a similar story to this one:
Officials Consider Name Change For
Route 128
"What's in a name?" takes on a whole new meaning when it comes to Route 128 outside Boston.
NewsCenter 5's Jack Harper reported that state highway officials
are considering a name change for the roadway that could clear
up some confusion. The roadway is also Interstate 95 and in some
spots it overlaps with Interstate 93.
Crews started building Route 128 in 1936. It opened in 1951.
Now, there are signs that the highway's signs are outdated. In
Braintree, Mass., for example, when you are on I-128, you are
also on I-93 and Route 1.
"On the stretch between Braintree and Canton, Mass., it has dual
designations, or multiple designations, not just 93 south, 128
north, but it is also designated as Route 1. It is one roadway with
three different names. It can cause some confusion if you are not used to it," Massachusetts Highway
Department spokesman John Carlisle said.
Officials are considering changing the signage for 128. They may do away with the name 128 all
together in the southern part of the road, but may keep it named Route 128 in the northern part of the
state, where the highway only has one name.
And as background, they were playing "Roadrunner" by the Modern Lovers, which is only the greatest song ever and gives a big shout out to Hwy 128.
I love when awesome music is on the news.

at the end, where Jojo is just calling stuff out, I swear he shouts out to 128, when he's all like "Massachussets in the night I got the rockin' modern sound etc." or crap, maybe it's "Girlfriend"? or "Ride Down the Highway"
