HBO theme music by Cold Play

What is the name of the theme music that HBO used until recently to advertise their lineup of the"Sopranos", "6-Feet Under" and the"Wire". I heard it on the radio and I could swear that the anownser said Cold play Yy Moses but the guy at the CD store said that Cold Play is the artist and "Moses" he couldn't figure out. I really want to get this cd. Can you help?

name of that particular cut is called clocks.Believe it or not Daniel i am a hardcore r&b and hip-hop person. But that song caught my ear, it is HOTT! the only other white-boy band that caught my ear like that before is tears for fears! and that was like in the 80's.

The Blind Boys Of Alabama's "Way Down In The Hole" will be the main title theme song for HBO's new series "The Wire". The riveting drama series depicts a world where distinctions between good & evil and crime & punishment are blurred. The show premiered June 2nd at 10pm.

The Wire changes up the version of "Way Down in the Hole" for each season, though. 2nd time out they used Tom Waits, 3rd it was Neville Brothers. Can't wait to hear what they bring out for 4th.

do you mean the music that is played over the 3 minute promo piece at the start of all new HBO DVD's? ... with clips of all of their shows etc ... it's a track called "World Outside" by The Devlins from their album "Waiting" (universal)( www.thedevlins.com )
