I was just thinking how this year's going to be one of the best years of watching live music for me... I can't wait till ATP weekend 2, but before then I have all this to look forward to.. Ash on Monday and Kraftwerk in a couple of week's time. After ATP.. Trans Am in a tiny venue (with 2 great local supports) and Mum..

woo! and I was going to stop going to so many gigs..

I'm seeing the Fiery Furnaces in late March and Clinic in May, which I'm very psyched about.

The Bad Plus and Ari Hoenig should both be pretty cool next month. I was thinking of going down to Chicago to see Peter Bernstein and Mel Rhyne, one of my favorite guitarists and definitely my favorite organ player, as well.

I wouldn't consider the Dresden Dolls a local band, theyve been getting talked up quite a bit nationally.

David Allen (David Allen), Saturday, 28 February 2004 13:22 (twenty-two years ago)

Psychedelic Furs
Yeah Yeah Yeahs
TV on the Radio

Unfortunately leaving San Francisco for good the day Franz Ferdinand get here and I'll have missed their East Coast dates by then.
