I only have one track by these guys, "Spring Summer Fall Winter," and I think I got that by accident, but it's great! Ridiculously addictive, even by J-pop standards. All the Web sites I can find are in Japanese, and I can't even tell if they have anything available in the U.S. Anybody know?

And look at the pictures! The Mighty Monkee Power Rangers!

*ears perk up at mention of "New Romantics"*

OOH. Which original New Romantic artist(s) do you feel they sound the most like?! I'm dying to know this! I just might want to give them a go! They all look like they worship at the stylistic altar of Steve Strange, Boy George, and all the other Blitz Kids, so if their sound also gives them away as members of the Tribe for Heroes, I will so have to investigate further!

They look a bit too much like Deadsy for my taste.

I honestly don't know, since I just have the one song. I'm applying the tag as much on their look as their sound (there's lots of other goofy photos of them dressed as superheroes, secret agents, medieval Japanese warriors, etc.). The tune I have has nice blaring guitars and more muscular drumming than standard J-pop, with kind of bouncy-ska verses leading to candy-coated bridges and big catchy charging choruses. If it turns out to be their best song, that's one thing; but if it's just one of many, then I want more.
