And am psyched beyond belief to see Lamb of God.

Also psyched to see Superjoint Ritual for the first time, Slayer for the third, and Judas Priest for the second.

Lotsa crapola, of course, and i'll probably leave before Britney, oops I mean Ozzy (who I've also seen a few times), but, those four bands (especially LAMB OF GOD!!!) for a mere $45 is pretty kickass considering...(ie Metallica charging $80!!!)

Yeah, Slayer shows are intense. Saw em two times. I could actually feel the evil in the room. Saw Judas Priest once, but with Ripper. I'm psyched for the New England Metal and Hardcore Fest. Gonna see Iced Earth, which I've been dying to see since I bought The Dark Saga.

I went to Ozzfest 2000, it was fun even though the line-up kind of sucked. I saw Queens of the Stone Age, but it was in the middle of the afternoon, the audience was really lethargic. Saw Pantera as well, which was fun. There was a gigantic mysterious cloud hanging over much of the crowd during their set. These two kids tried to start a little mosh pit at this spot in front of the bleacher seats I was sitting at, but there was no room for them to do it (and they were the only ones who were trying). It was hilarious to watch, especially when the security officer broke them up.
