The Maurice Brothers

The Maurice Brothers are my ancestors. I dont know how much you know about them but there are a number of us in the family that are trying to trace back our family tree, in particular how we all tie in with the Maurice Brothers. Our surname is Maurice-Cohen although we know that the Cohen was dropped in some instances with some family members. Are you family? Are you based in the UK? Cohen was the family surname and we are of German Origins..we think? The Maurice Brothers and many of other members of the family were musical entertainers in London but also abroad. The family is very large and many of us are in the UK.

hello my Great Granfather was a Maurice Brother on my mothers side. Hes name was Philip Cohen. The name Maurice was a stage name. I know he had atleast 8 children, my granfathers name was Lawrence John Cohen Born 29-7-1901 Died 05-04-1986 who added the Maurice name and later dropped the cohen. hes brothers and sisters names were Olive,Reg,Clarence,
Phil,Florence,Edna and Ron.My grandad had 7 children
Peter Lawrence Born 11-10-1929 Died 1977
Joan Born 1930 -dont know if still alive,
Betty Olive 28-07-1935 -November 1999,
Brian Died 1 year old,
John David 18-02-1939 Still alive,
Tony Victor 31-08-1941 Still alive,
My mum Sandra 16-01-1944 Still alive.
