in which fk shows us the meanings of eclectic and smooth. completely classic...i played the hell out of this when it came out. i like the segue into de la and atcq, but these two cds contain lots inventive transitions and tracklists that would make any fan of dance music smile.

Sadly I didn't buy it when it came out because it was insanely priced (basically the price of two albums...fuck that). Now it seems to be out of print. Ah well, slsk to the rescue.

somehow kraftwerk's "home computer" sounds 10x more spacy, abstract and funky in this context than on computer world. same with the maurizio track. has he re-edited some of the tracks on this mix?

DUD for including "dreams of dub", an alternate mix of "i trim the barber" by tubby. only because i've gone nuts trying to track down a full copy!

I've never loved it but I certainly like some of it a lot, plus it makes GREAT use of Paperclip People's "Throw," so yay.
