Few songs make me smile despite myself, and Deniece Williams 'Lets hear it for the boy' is deffinately one of them. What do you think?

It makes me want to rip out my own trachea and wear it like a necklace.

fair enough...what can I say....lost for words...but at elast your honest. I anticipate my demise in such a way whenever Dido comes on the radio.

Also, consider the song's source. "Footloose"????? Come now.

Well, we can agree to disagree, Lukey.

I don't know it (or rather "I'd know it if I heard it"), but I won't pass up an opportunity to say what a fantastic tune Deneice Williams' "Cause I Love You Baby" is.

I dig "Finally" by Ce Ce Penniston and "Freedom" by George Michael. I've also lost respect from friends for such enthusiasm.

I like both of those.

What? No love for "It's Raining Men" then?

Hey, I'm forever ranting about how fantastic a year '84 was, radio-wise; so how could I NOT have fond memories of that song? I'm sure it sounded just fine sandwiched in between Cyndi Lauper and Prince. Can't say I cared for the movie, though. (Yeesh)
