i'm worried it's a flip of some old, classic beat that i don't know about, so i'm worried about saying anything about it--it's got lil cease, so i thought it might be--but, still, it's like a spooky star trek self-destruct siren sound and little snappy drums and not extreme and upsetting like if the neptunes or someone did it, really old fashioned, like if you put real drums on it, it could be from 1994 and like some mixtape classic that had grand puba and junior mafia on it, so that's why he's using it and that's why lil cease (he's actually pretty good, he makes little noises at the end of each of his bars and it's cute, camera noises, gun reloading noises, ha-ha! noises and sucking noises for the line about getting high) is on it and why not a long, boring jay-z verse for no reason?

wait, is that the one where jay-z is like "niggas be careful what they be saying on the RADIO!" - that line is hilarious. i think the beat is ufo by esg that's been used a bunch of times.
