AM/FM = Philadelphia-area band (right?), created from the ashes & stuff of Franklin (a group that made 311's MO sound MUCH better than it should). They're on Polyvinyl. The songs I have heard (from a Polyvinyl sampler I rec'd a while back) sounded terrible - meandering would-be pop songs shoved through a multi- instrumental Play-Doh factory. Not too becoming.
