What's this about Patsy Cline broadcast recordings without lots of strings and a chorus?

I like Patsy Cline, but it's really hard for me to get past the arrangements with a heavy violin section and a corny-sounding chorus. I've read that there are radio broadcast recordings she made that don't have those type of arrangements, or not to the extent of the studio recordings. Does anyone know of specific releases that actually fit this description? I can find recordings of radio broacasts she did, but I want to find the right ones.

I'll leave airchecks to the Patsy fanatics, but can vouch for 'Live at the Cimmaron Ballroom.' Rough stuff -- the tape was not only an amateur recording, but shows some irreparable damage. But a hot night for her, no doubt.

her real family name was "klein" and their origins were in bavaria, i think.

someone once told me p. cline looked like "a mom."

i think she's awesome.

So does anyone know about those broadcast recordings with the stripped down orchestration? I'd still be interested in this.

patsy's "don't ever leave me again" is the #1 stripper song that never was. it beats anything by manny fresh by a significant margin.
