I hope you don’t mind if I take a little bit of space to plug my clubnight…
Buttoned Down Disco was started in October 2002 as a one-off party, for people who wanted to go out and dance somewhere which was neither pretentious nor cheesy. We got the balance right and the night was a success.
We generally play whatever is rocking our worlds at the time, but for the sake of pinpointing genres, we play Eclectic Pop, Indie, Punk, Electro, Funk & Disco.
Visit http://www.buttoneddowndisco.com/music.htm for more info on the type of music you can expect to hear at BDD.
Unlike other Saturday night clubs, entry to BDD is FREE if you join the mailing list. Please note, you have to be on our mailing list to gain entry as we don't let in random passers by who might not appreciate our philosophy to partying.
Please note that we do operate a door policy, so that there is a happy, safe environment for everyone to enjoy the night. In other words, arseholes are NOT welcome!
For 2004 we are holding our parties in secret locations in Central London.
We only announce the details to the people on our mailing list, so visit http://www.buttoneddowndisco.com/list.htm to sign up and receive invites!
Our parties are held monthly, and the next one is on Saturday 27th March 2004.
Please visit http://www.buttoneddowndisco.com/list.htm and enter your email address if you would like to receive an invite.
All other details can be found on http://www.buttoneddowndisco.com/index.html
Thanks for listening.
