URRRSHUR!

I want to hear Ursher's new album. Any word on when it drops?

djdee2005, Monday, 22 March 2004 17:16 (twenty-two years ago)

Justin is better than Usher in pretty much every way that I can think of.

Matthew Perpetua (Matthew Perpetua), Monday, 22 March 2004 17:19 (twenty-two years ago)

*awaits Dan patiently*

Ned Raggett (Ned), Monday, 22 March 2004 17:28 (twenty-two years ago)

can Usher do falsetto? is this considered a pro or con?

stevem (blueski), Monday, 22 March 2004 17:33 (twenty-two years ago)

I believe Usher's album drops tomorrow (March 23rd).

Lesley, Monday, 22 March 2004 19:16 (twenty-two years ago)

Hmmm, they are both good dancers and love drum solos, I can't pick just one.

Concurrently, Lil' John vs. the Clipse?

Jordan (Jordan), Monday, 22 March 2004 19:19 (twenty-two years ago)

Has anyone heard the Usher album?

Also Usher is by far a better dancer, or at least a smoother one.
Thus far, Timberlake has the edge as far as number of good songs.

Usher has "yeah" and "U Remind Me"

djdee2005, Monday, 22 March 2004 19:21 (twenty-two years ago)

That's pretty much the shape o' things re: dancing. JT can't hold a candle to Usher in terms of personal danceability - strip him of his routines and you end up with a guy who's only worthy of a dance-off with the ugly lead guy from The Music. Personally, JT has the higher ratio of great songs, though Justified's lost its lustre and I'm definitely gonna peep the new Usher record with interest.

Barima (Barima), Monday, 22 March 2004 19:29 (twenty-two years ago)

anyone who picks Justin is obviously part of the KKK

JaXoN (JasonD), Monday, 22 March 2004 19:37 (twenty-two years ago)

Which would be interesting if I had picked Justin...

Barima (Barima), Monday, 22 March 2004 19:51 (twenty-two years ago)

Justin is pretty much a tooly mctoolster now but then Usher is so dull and boring. I think I still like more of Justin's songs than I do of Usher's -- he puts me to sleep.

El Diablo Robotico (Nicole), Monday, 22 March 2004 19:54 (twenty-two years ago)

the new usher album is pretty good, it's definitely worth checking out.

adam west (adamwest), Monday, 22 March 2004 20:15 (twenty-two years ago)

It's true that Usher *really* needs a personality/USP. Maybe he can take his MJ-worship a lil further and start with the oxygen chamber/strange dead person's remains fetishes.

Barima (Barima), Monday, 22 March 2004 20:31 (twenty-two years ago)

"Pop Your Collar" vs. "Rock With You"

"Yeah" vs "Like I Love You"

TIE

Nik (Nik), Monday, 22 March 2004 20:45 (twenty-two years ago)

Justin tries hard, but Usher knows how to let it buurrrn burn burn burn...

Anthony Miccio (Anthony Miccio), Monday, 22 March 2004 22:18 (twenty-two years ago)

Usher is less effective on MTV but SLICES Justin on the radio.

Anthony Miccio (Anthony Miccio), Monday, 22 March 2004 22:19 (twenty-two years ago)

Justin at his best is cuter than Usher. Unfortunately he is still refusing to shave and continues to molest elderly pop ladies in public, which isn't attractive behaviour... and Usher's looking good in the new video.

The Lex (The Lex), Monday, 22 March 2004 22:50 (twenty-two years ago)

Anthony, this is because Usher is a better singer than Justin.

I see this as "Gone", "Rock Your Body", and "Senorita" vs "You Make Me Wanna", "Nice And Slow", "My Way", "Pop Ya Collar", "U Got It Bad", and "U Don't Have To Call". Advantage: Usher.

Dan Perry (Dan Perry), Monday, 22 March 2004 22:54 (twenty-two years ago)

we don't have usher, here, and we have too much justin.

RJG (RJG), Monday, 22 March 2004 22:55 (twenty-two years ago)

what? that's not even my horse in this argument

bitches and eggs (The Reverend), Sunday, 22 February 2009 06:32 (seventeen years ago)

Looking at that thread, I was just nerding out over Usher songs in the middle of a Justin vs Usher argument and not really engaging or taking sides in said argument. I just happened to feel like talking Usher at that moment is all.

bitches and eggs (The Reverend), Sunday, 22 February 2009 07:00 (seventeen years ago)
