I have to go to a school of Friday and talk to the kids (12-14yrs) about finance and budgeting and shit like that.

I thought about starting off and trying to look cool by playing "Get Money" by Junior MAFIA or "Mo Money Mo Problems" by Notorious BIG/Puffy/MA$E, but then realised these songs may actually be too old for 'em to recognise.

Give me some classics songs about cold cash money, preferably less than 3 years old and with non-cussin' versions available.

If it has anything to do with the ARTIST'S finances (ie Fogerty's "Zantz Can't Dance" and "Rock n' Roll Contract" by Badfinger), serious fucking DUD. In fact, there are few greater duds than those types of songs...

The Fall's version of F-oldin' Money (who actually wrote it / did the original anyway?) is only about 4 years old.

I doubt if (m)any 12-14 year old's will recognise it - although of course there's absolutely no actual excuse for them not to: I had absolutely everything The Fall had ever released* when I was 14.

* i.e. specifically the two tracks on the "Short Circuit - Live At The Electric Circus" LP.
